Ji Minghao operates two production bases covering a combined area of over 70,000 ㎡, with an annual production capacity of more than ten million units. Leveraging coordinated production scheduling across the two bases and unified material resource management, multiple production lines run simultaneously. The production process starts with raw material incoming inspection, followed by substrate surface treatment, automatic welding, multi-layer surface coating, and individual pressure testing of finished products. Workpieces that fail inspection are reworked on-site within the factory. All procedures are closely linked to form a complete quality control system.

Beyond standard products, the base can adjust radiator profiles, connectors and dimensions according to project working conditions to meet diverse heating support requirements. Custom orders are scheduled independently and progress in parallel with standard product production.

Engineering centralized procurement serves as a major supply channel. Its products are supplied to various public buildings and multi-industry engineering projects. ISO system requirements are implemented throughout raw material procurement, production and ex-factory inspection. Stable delivery of bulk supplies is widely valued in public construction centralized procurement projects.
